In Their Seat
For each office we say what it can really decide, what question is on its desk today, and what an AI would decide in that seat. Then we show the upside, the downside and the ifs and buts. The subject is the office, not the person.
- Iran stays whole
- A stronger Iran
- First power of the region
Leadership and the Security Council
I would give the Supreme National Security Council a clear, time-limited mandate to close a step-for-step deal in which both sides move on the same day, and I would tell the public its outline.
One text and one voice: I would write a step-for-step table and make one person its only spokesman.
Government
I would send parliament a wartime budget amendment: stop non-essential spending and put that money straight onto the tables of low-income families.
Instead of arguing over who goes first, I would propose a shared day zero: on the same day Iran opens the way for merchant ships and the United States pauses the blockade; the remaining points follow within thirty days.
I would narrow the gap between the two rates on a schedule announced in advance, and at the same time stop lending to the government and to unsound banks.
I would set a wartime fiscal rule: a ceiling on the deficit, and a published list of every tax exemption and budget line.
I would cut output to a plan so the wells are not damaged, and close the petrol gap by managing demand, not by importing.
I would end surprise cuts: a schedule announced in advance and equal for all, and power plants repaired before the next peak.
I would offer one small but measurable technical step: accounting for the material at one named site, in return for no new action at the Security Council.
Parliament
Judiciary
Armed forces
I would put protecting people and vital infrastructure first: power, water, fuel and hospitals. And through a mediator I would ask for an emergency contact line, so an accident at sea does not become a new war.
While talks are on I would keep a declared restraint at sea: no action against any merchant ship, and saying so in public.
I would send engineering units to reopen roads and build temporary bridges, and place air defence first around the sites daily life depends on.
